Job Description
Cordros Capital Limited needs a Finance and Operations Analyst who is responsible for a wide range of activities including, maintenance of accruals schedule, transactional Tax computation and remittance, etc. We need someone who is passionate about this role, consistent and patient.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of fixed asset registers
- Computation of depreciation on fixed asset
- Maintenance of accruals schedules
- Maintenance of prepayment
- Transactional tax computation and remittance (VAT, WHT, PAYE, Pension, ITF and NSITF)
- Response to tax queries and audit
- Reconciling of intercompany ledgers
- Monitoring of account receivables from customers and other subsidiaries
- Reconciling investment schedules and identifying the income.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly net liquid capital returns
- Daily call-over of transactions and postings
- Posting and approving transactions ledgers and customer accounts
- Processing of payment to both customers and vendors
- Preparation of bank reconciliation
Qualification
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or any other related discipline.
- A Second Degree and/or Completion of Relevant Professional Certification like ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in Finance
