Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our eye clinic as a Front Desk/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience from the moment they arrive at our clinic. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. FRONT DESK
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and check them in upon arrival.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies.
- Address patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinics appointment calendar.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Perform data entry and manage patient databases.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
