Job Description

As a Front Desk / Digital Marketing Personnel, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals and departments.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s

products/services.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company company’s calendar.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless office operations.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive

traffic to our online platforms.

• Create engaging and relevant content for the company’s website, social media, and email

campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on the

effectiveness of campaigns.

• Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, responding to comments and

engaging with followers.

• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and

compelling digital content.

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Qualification

• OND / HND / Bachelor Degree in any field
• Proven experience in front desk management and customer service roles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the [industry/type] industry is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
