Job Description
This is a full-time role as a Front Desk Officer / Personal Assistant at CHAPITRE LLP. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient front desk and administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, including managing their calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. This role is located in Lagos State, Nigeria and is an on-site position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Personal Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
