Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage inquiries from clients and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the front desk area
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualification
- B.Sc Degree in any Social Science discipline is required, with additional qualifications in office administration or related fields considered advantageous.
- 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
