Overview
Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited is a real estate development company based in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. We specialize in developing private and public residence structures. Currently, we are focused on the Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos, where we have acres of land for sale and are developing 18 residential estate schemes. Our schemes offer various payment plans to make it convenient for potential buyers.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk position at Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited located in Lekki. The Front Desk personnel will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, maintaining phone etiquette, and demonstrating effective communication skills. The role also requires computer literacy for handling various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Customer Care experience is a must have
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
