Job Description
As a core member of the product / engineering team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across customer success and sales teams to design and implement product features, deploy features to production seamlessly, build integrations with third-party applications, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the development of new products.
Qualification
What it takes to succeed at this role:
- Strong design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building and shipping production-ready applications, ideally written in Laravel & Vue.
- At least 5 years experience in Laravel & Vue.
- Understanding of CI / CD, TDD.
- Good understanding of Domain Driven Design and OOP principles.
- Innovative mindset, pushing technical boundaries, and excitement to solve novel problems.
- Self-management and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn required skills to complete tasks.
- High level of self-motivation and drive for self-development.
- Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge transfer skills.
