Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has addressed rumours about her strained relationship with former best friend and colleague, Eniola Badmus.
In an interview with Arise News, Funke clarified that she maintains cordial relationships with everyone in the industry, including Eniola.
Funke expressed her fondness for Eniola, highlighting how much she enjoys her company and humor. She explained that their reduced interactions are due to their busy schedules, not any animosity.
I like her a lot because she makes me laugh, cracks me up, and I love being with her. We haven’t been together as much because we’ve been busy with life,” Funke shared.
The video of the interview received positive reactions from netizens, who praised Funke for her diplomatic handling of the questions.

Funke also praised media mogul Mo Abudu and socialite Shade Okoya for balancing their glamorous lifestyles with serious professional commitments.
Months ago, Eniola Badmus had addressed the alleged rift with Funke by posting a photo of her friend on Instagram, explaining that their reduced public interactions were due to busy schedules.
