Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has charmed fans with her witty response to a fan who suggested she give her twin boys a sibling.
Taking to her Snapchat page, Funke Akindele shared a message from a fan who encouraged her to have another baby for her twin boys. The fan wrote, “The twins need a new baby sister/brother.”
In her signature playful tone, Funke replied via video, saying:
Don’t worry, I have registered your name; I will find your address. It’s you who will carry the baby and be babysitting her.”
The actress’s response quickly gained attention, showcasing her ability to handle fan interactions with humor and grace.
This isn’t the first time Funke has caught fans’ attention with her witty replies. Recently, she responded to a fan who inquired about her sexual life, urging her to make time for intimacy and massages. Funke humorously expressed shock at the unsolicited advice.
Last year, Funke also addressed a Twitter user who suggested she remarry in 2024. The fan pointed out her age and encouraged her to consider settling down again. Funke appreciated the advice and jokingly called the individual her wedding planner.
Funke Akindele shares her twin boys with her former husband, JJC Skillz. In 2022, JJC shocked fans when he announced the end of their seven-year marriage. He revealed that the relationship had faced significant challenges, with Funke allegedly asking him to leave their home.
In an interview with Legit.ng, Funke admitted that their visions for the marriage no longer aligned, leading to the split despite efforts to reconcile.
Before her marriage to JJC Skillz, Funke was married to Adeola Kehinde Oloyede in 2013. However, the union ended in 2016 due to irreconcilable differences. Reflecting on her first marriage, Funke shared that external pressures influenced her decision to marry, which ultimately led to a painful public breakup and significant personal and professional setbacks.
