Funsho Amosun, former first lady of Ogun State, has surprised many by hopping on the trending Nicki Minaj challenge, recreating the rapper’s iconic 2013 pose.
In a viral video, Funsho was seen squatting on a table in heels with one leg crossed over the other. Unlike some participants, she couldn’t hold the pose for long and almost slipped, sparking laughter online.
The challenge, inspired by a 12-year-old Nicki Minaj pose from her music video with Lil Wayne, has recently gone viral with celebrities and influencers jumping in.
Dancer Jane Mena turned heads by squatting in heels while breastfeeding, while comedian Kiekie spent six hours perfecting her version with her daughter on her neck. Actress Toyin Adewale and crossdresser James Brown also joined the fun, while BBNaija star Nengi channeled Nicki’s style in a 2023 Women’s Day photoshoot.
