Job Description
As an FX Sales Manager at Ivorypay, you will be instrumental in developing and driving the sales strategy for our new FX trading services, aimed at integrating with our cryptocurrency offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional FX markets and the evolving crypto landscape to effectively tailor our services to meet the diverse needs of our customers across multiple African markets.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote FX services within the cryptocurrency framework.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify potential clients in the crypto and FX space, develop relationships, and maintain high retention rates with exceptional service and support.
- Market Expansion: Explore and penetrate new markets while expanding the reach within existing territories by understanding and catering to regional needs.
- Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and ensure the success of product launches.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to senior management to inform necessary strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the FX market, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in both FX and cryptocurrencies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into executable growth strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
