Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Lagos. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, developing operational procedures, managing inventory, developing marketing strategies, setting financial targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business development and financial management skills
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality industry
- Knowledgeable in food safety and compliance regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
