GRADUATE TRAINEE
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee in the Finance/Operations department.

Coolbucks is a team of local and international professionals that have developed a smart Fintech platform that uses thousands of data points to profile customers and deliver financial services to everyone including the financially excluded. We hope to expand across Africa and Europe in three years.
Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee in the Finance/Operations department.
- The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial analysis, data entry and management, assisting in budgeting and financial planning, and supporting the operations team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualification
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- 0-2 years post-NYSC experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data entry and analysis tools
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is a plus
