Job Description
We seek a talented individual who shares our values and enthusiasm for our mission to be our Graphic Designer on a part-time basis initially. We see graphic design as visual storytelling that should engage, inform, and inspire. You will be responsible for creating graphics and visuals that do just that. Responsibilities
- Develop compelling graphic designs and visuals that engage, inform, and inspire our audience.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members on a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software tools, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in graphic design.
- Creativity and innovative design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An honest and reliable team player.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
- Desire to continue building skills with education and training programs.
- A basic grasp of free-market economics (preferred but not required).
- A passion for liberty, peace, and a prosperous Africa.
