Job Description
- We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging design solutions.
- As a Graphic Designer at Landmark Africa Group, you will work on a variety of projects, including marketing materials, digital content, and branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling graphics for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop design concepts that align with company branding and marketing goals.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all projects.
- Produce high-quality designs for brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
- Prepare final files for printing and digital distribution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and web design principles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design.
- Familiarity with 3D design and rendering software.
