Job Description
We are seeking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at a leading investment, micro-lending, and asset management firm.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Develop and create visually striking graphics for print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, social media content, website assets, presentations, and advertisements.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design elements.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the firm’s goals and values.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance our marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
Qualification
- A good qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a corporate or agency setting.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative design concepts.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in design work and ensure brand consistency.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software and a strong understanding of design principles.

- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
