We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Associate to join our vibrant team at Flex Finance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strategic engagement.
- Collaborate with senior management, ensuring alignment and reporting on marketing initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with Flex’s vision and goals.
- Document and streamline the marketing process for effective deal closures.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, enhancing the sales cycle’s efficiency.
- Create compelling, tailored marketing campaigns to boost inbounds and outbounds
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Embody and promote Flex’s values in all client and team interactions.
Qualification
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role. (minimum 3 years)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
- Excellent email writing etiquette
- Great organization and coordination skills.
