We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Associate to join our vibrant team at Flex Finance. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving our market expansion through strategic marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and robust market research. You’ll work closely with various teams to promote our innovative financial products and contribute significantly to our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign
- Execute Four major marketing campaigns in your first year, achieving an average engagement rate 20% higher than the industry standard.
- Increase campaign-generated leads by 30% year-over-year.
Lead Generation Enhancement
- Increase the number of leads from content marketing by 20% compared to the previous quarter.
Brand Visibility and Reputation
- Increase social media followers by 25% and engagement by 30% within the year.
- Secure at least three major PR exposures in top-tier fintech publications.
Revenue Growth Initiatives
- Identify and implement three upselling strategies for existing clients.
Analytics and Reporting
- Deliver monthly reports on growth metrics and insights.
- Use data analysis to inform and adjust growth strategies quarterly.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing/MBA, Business, or a related field.
- You should have an eye for good design.
- Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role. (minimum 3 years)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
- Excellent email writing etiquette
- Great organization and coordination skills
