Job Description
The Intern Growth Associate (GA) seeks to contribute to the growth of our company. They are to assist in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. They will be working closely with the Growth Associate and will be involved in implementing a digital marketing strategy that supports our business goals. Ideally, all this will result in the acquisition, retention, and loyalty of customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., web traffic and rankings)
- Conduct market research, report findings and identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with the other departments to generate visually appealing and informative content for digital and print advertising material (e.g., brochures and newsletters)
- Contribute to collaborative efforts and assist in organizing promotional events
- Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
- Generate daily social media posts and weekly blog posts relating to our services, and complete other writing jobs as assigned, including direct-marketing emails.
- Attending corporate events to represent the company by answering questions, giving presentations, and networking with other attendees
- Partaking in exhibitions at events as well as scheduling speaking opportunities on behalf of Spazio Ideale
- Assist in the execution of a comprehensive digital and non-digital marketing strategy to increase visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads for the company.
- Managing and optimizing Spazio Ideale’s website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Creating and distributing engaging content, such as blog posts, infographics, and videos, to educate and entertain potential customers.
- Running targeted digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media to reach new customers and drive conversions.
- Building and managing Spazio Ideale’s presence on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to engage with potential customers and build brand awareness.
- Schedule and Organize Picture taking and video recordings for individual projects which will be used as marketing materials for the company.
- Data Analysis; collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for growth.
