Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to establish E-Commerce goal and objective through strategic planning.
- Generate reports on essentials business metrics to assess of the platform. Job
- Enhance the rate of brand partnership as a tactic to boost the platform growth.
- Formulate strategies to augment brand acquisition and retention by recognizing customer requirements and delivering superior service.
- Cooperate with the business teams to improve the user adoption rate of the platform.
- Research competition products to discover opportunities to expand its market share
- Collaborate with product and cross – functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product development.
- Identify and form partnership that can aid in user acquisition of the platforms.
- Utilize networks and stick effect strategies to enhance the platform mindshare. GROWTH MANAGER
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in marketing or e-commerce are preferred.
- 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, specifically within the retail or e-commerce sector in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful e-commerce growth strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize online performance. GROWTH MANAGER
