Job Description
The ideal candidate is able to identify conversion opportunities through Google Analytics and heat mapping software, quickly spin up professional-looking designs in Figma or Canva, and launch these tests through VWO independently. This person will develop and execute growth hacking campaigns independently and with the larger team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Growth team’s resident expert when it comes to testing and iterating, following the “North Star” of growing trials, leads, and ARR.
- Gain an understanding of core business priorities and leverage this information to prioritize the areas of the highest potential impact on growth.
- Leverage your experience with Google Analytics (GA4) to uncover opportunities for improving engagement and conversion across Tempo’s web properties and applications.
- Design high-performing assets and creatives using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe.
- Use your moderate knowledge of HTML and CSS to build landing pages in Unbounce and launch A/B test variants through VWO.
- Utilize Segment to reach target audiences across platforms.
- Work closely with other growth and demand gen team members to experiment and implement tests in their areas of expertise.
- Partner closely with our design and development teams to bring your data-driven ideas to life, by providing a clear vision for updates to our website, campaigns, etc.
- Take pride in producing tests that push the envelope of growth, but also fall within brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product management, product marketing, and product growth teams to understand the key factors behind conversion and leverage these learnings in your campaigns.
- Communicate a roadmap for upcoming tests and your hypotheses on their potential results.
- Own and maintain reporting on the results of past tests, while documenting your learnings for others.
- Keep relevant team members informed of the status of in-flight experiments.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience marketing B2B software, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
- Strong experience with design tools for quick creation of digital assets.
- Strong Google Analytics experience, preferably GA4.
- Ability to prioritize activities effectively under aggressive timelines, while ensuring a high level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive both planning and execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working directly with sales teams.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Highly motivated, passionate, organized, and accountable.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
