Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing activities, including social media management, copywriting, customer engagement, newsletter writing, and ad campaign management.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Your role will require a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
• Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing efforts and achieve our growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in social media management, copywriting, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and engage with customers effectively.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas to attract and retain customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Experience in the design industry or working with designers is a plus.
