Job Description
As a Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic product and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities, track core metrics, and provide actionable insights for product and marketing improvements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the product development team to prioritize and implement growth-focused product features and optimizations.
- Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to optimize user onboarding, activation, and retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure scalability and operational efficiency as the user base grows.
- Contribute to the development of the overall product and growth strategy by providing insights and recommendations.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs in a product-driven environment.
- Excellent understanding of product development, sales funnels, and customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency in campaign design and execution, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, including effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience with strategy development and the ability to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Familiarity with sales and account management practices and the ability to work closely with these teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
