One of our Clients needs a very experienced, self-motivated, passionate, and highly driven Sales Professional to fill the above  position at its Headquarters. prosell consulting

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Operations. The Head of Sales Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of sales operations, including business planning, business process improvement, and sales performance. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.

The job is a Senior Management position, with company-wide influence and powers, and therefore promises a very exciting experience for the candidate with the right mindset and attitude. And to top it all, the Compensation package is also good. Job

Qualifications

  • A very mature person with an impressive physical presence.
  • A tough and very confident personality
  • Very good analytical and business planning skills
  • Business Process improvement and Sales Operations Management experience.
  • Experience in Sales Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
  • MBA degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP software
  • Etc
