Responsibilities
- Managing Bookings and Reservations:
- Efficiently handle bookings and reservations for short-let apartments. Job
- Optimize occupancy rates and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Guest Relations and Issue Resolution
- Address guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Implement proactive measures to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners to expand our network.
- Develop effective strategies to attract new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and continuous business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Uphold a consistently high standard of customer service in line with company operating procedures.
- Implement best practices to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Business Opportunities Solicitation

Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Sales Executive.
- Hands-on experience in customer service and sales.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and evolving client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and find effective solutions.
