Job Description

As an HR / Admin Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

Qualification

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
