Job Description

Handling daily administrative task of the organisation

 Responsibilities
The intern’s responsibilities will be to support the HR Manager in:

  1. Handling daily administrative task of the organisation
  2. Assisting the HR in the recruitment, training and onboarding processes
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
  4. Conduct file audits
  5. Providing general office support to management and HR department
  6. Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
  7. Coordinating communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  8. Preparing reports

Qualification

  • B.Sc / HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.
  • Skills/Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill. Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience
  • Must be highly creative and innovative.
  • Must be highly intelligent and efficient.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.
  • Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Location: Abuja (FCT), Nigeria.
