Responsibilities
The intern’s responsibilities will be to support the HR Manager in:
- Handling daily administrative task of the organisation
- Assisting the HR in the recruitment, training and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
- Conduct file audits
- Providing general office support to management and HR department
- Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
- Coordinating communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Preparing reports
Qualification
- B.Sc / HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.
- Skills/Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill. Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.
- 1 – 2 years of work experience
- Must be highly creative and innovative.
- Must be highly intelligent and efficient.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.
- Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.
