Responsibilities
- Assist in HR administration and daily activities.
- Conduct market research to identify HR trends and compile data for strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of HR campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product support.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in a business-related course.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the HR team.
