Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

 Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and noting action points
  • Assist in policy-making, implementation and enforcement
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
  • Support HR in various tasks related to personnel management.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with the client service team to address and resolve client issues or concerns.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Assist in conducting client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
