- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Taking minutes during meetings and noting action points
- Assist in policy-making, implementation and enforcement
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
- Support HR in various tasks related to personnel management.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
- Collaborate with the client service team to address and resolve client issues or concerns.
- Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Assist in conducting client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
- Work closely with the team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
