Job Description
Stretford Hill Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource/Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resource functions, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and compliance. Additionally, the Human Resources/Administrative Manager will be responsible for administrative duties, including document management, office management, and staff management. The role is full-time, on-site, and is located in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with staff and management
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful human resource strategies and initiatives
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
