Summary:
As the sole HR professional in the company, the HR Officer/Admin is responsible for managing all HR functions and administrative tasks. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance while also providing day-to-day office management. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with 4-5 years of HR experience who is capable of handling end-to-end HR operations independently. HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
