Responsibilities*
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in compliance with the Company’s regulations and labor laws.* Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development and continuous learning. HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Qualification
- B.Sc./ B.Tech./ HND in any of the Social, Physical, Life Sciences or Humanities.
- ACIPM or a higher degree may be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in a similar role and in any top-class educational setting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
