HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – Job Description
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Experienced in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations (Process and Policies) – Establishing & re-engineering periodically employee-centric HR processes and policies, to streamline the entire employee life cycle (Hire to retire).
- Overseeing Payroll Processing & Compensation, Salary, Time Management, Full & Final Settlement, and employee-centricPost Recruitment Procedure.
- Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Human Resources Policy & Systems, Procedures, and all facets of HR.
Qualification
5-7 years in HR Operations Activities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/ MBA HR Must have handled and managed a high volume of manpower.
