As an international restaurant brand with multiple branches across the country, we are looking for a talented individual to oversee and enhance our HR functions from our central office.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Collaborating with branch managers to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
- Handling employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
