We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As an international restaurant brand with multiple branches across the country, we are looking for a talented individual to oversee and enhance our HR functions from our central office.

Responsibilities

•  Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
•  Collaborating with branch managers to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals.
•  Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
• Handling employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
• Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
•  Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualification

•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•  Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
•  In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
•  Strong understanding of HR systems and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
•  Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
•  Professional certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
