Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, implementing and managing HR policies and programs, attracting and retaining top talent, managing employee relations and communications, and ensuring HR compliance. The Human Resources Manager will be on-site and located in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification(s) is a plus
