Job Description

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Liaise with departmental heads to carry out manpower requirement planning
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Manage employee performance function and collate training needs of personnel to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Maintain records and performance reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism.
  • Liaise with management to ensure existing policies are implemented and new ones are generated as a strategy to retain employees
  • Prepare an approved salary structure for all staff at the end of each month
  • Ensure that newly recruited staff are properly inducted and placed in their respective units
  • Ensures all administrative issues and services are carried out as approved
  • Deal with disciplinary and conflict issues within the organization

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc. (Preferred)
  • Professional Certification i.e. CIPM, SPHR will be an added advantage
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Ability to proficiently use computers and applications
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Good communication skill
  • Problem solving skills
