Role Description
This is a contract Full time role for a Human Resources Specialist at Urban Crescent Interior located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis. Applicant must live within close proximity of Abijo Gra Lagos.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Personnel Management expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
