Arsenal legend, Ian Wright, has cast doubts over Chelsea challenging Manchester City and Arsenal for the Premier League title this season after the Blues secured the signing of Moises Caicedo from Brighton.
Chelsea recently beat Liverpool to a £115m deal for Caicedo.
However, Wright expects Caicedo to flourish at Chelsea alongside Enzo Fernandez, but doubts he will turn Mauricio Pochettino’s side into title contenders.
“It is a great move for Moises Caicedo, especially because he will be playing alongside Enzo Fernandez,” Wright told Premier League Productions.
“I think Enzo and Caicedo will be the two in front of the defense that will really solidify it.
“But in respect of them being a challenge [to Manchester City and Arsenal], I don’t know who is going to score the goals for them.
“I think Chelsea will be in and around it. I still feel that Arsenal will be up there, without a shadow of a doubt.”
