Nollywood actor Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, is kicking off the new month and the second half of the year with double blessings.
The renowned Kesari movie producer has splashed millions on a new house and car, following the success of his latest movie project.
His colleague, Olayinka Solomon, shared the exciting news on her Instagram page, posting a photo of Itele’s new house and car. In her caption, she expressed her excitement and admiration for his achievements, describing him as an inspiration for his ambitious dreams and hard work.
I’m so thrilled to hear that you reached your goal. You inspire by having such ambitious dreams, then putting in the hard work to achieve them. Congratulations on your incredible success! I always knew you could do it, and I’m incredibly proud of you @iteledicon01. Winning team,” Olayinka Solomon wrote.
Amidst the celebrations, a fan took to the comments section to remind the actor to take care of his estranged wife and children. The fan, identified as Arakunrin Degorah, pleaded with Itele to reconcile with his family, highlighting past issues where the actor was accused of neglecting his children.
In June 2022, Itele faced public backlash after his second wife accused him of being a deadbeat father. She revealed that she had been single-handedly catering for their children and covering up for him to protect his career. The actor later apologized publicly and promised to change, citing medical issues that had strained his finances. He eventually reunited with his children and gave them a complete makeover.
Itele’s latest acquisition of a new house and car comes just months after rewarding himself with another car for his hard work. The news of his recent purchases further solidifies his status as a successful and dedicated actor in the Nollywood industry.
