Job Description
OnePipe.io is looking for an experienced sales coordinator to independently drive customer acquisition for our B2B payment platform and manage key accounts onboarded.
Responsibilities
- Development of a sales plan
- Review and understand the business objectives of OnePipe for the product
- Based on such review, develop a sales plan to deliver on those objectives
- Present the sales plan and budget for the approval of OnePipe
Recruitment of sales officers
- You will recruit sales officers to execute the sales plan
- You will verify each sales officer and ensure that adequate KYC is performed on them
- You will present these sales officers to OnePipe to verify their profiles and experience
- You will present these sales agents to OnePipe for training on the operations of the PaywithAccount platform and onboarding tools
Managing the day-to-day operations of Sales Officers
- Once the sales officers have been adequately trained, you will continuously manage their day-to-day operations throughout the duration of your contract
- You’ll ensure that the sales officers remain in full compliance with the mode of operations defined and agreed upon with OnePipe
- While OnePipe covers all costs of operations (including the remuneration of sales officers), you will take responsibility for their performance reviews and final remuneration
Customer acquisition
- You’ll manage and motivate the sales officers to acquire B2B customers for the PaywithAccount services throughout the duration of your contract
- You will ensure that strong KPIs are set for the sales officers to deliver on the key success metrics of your contract as agreed with OnePipe
Customer retention and account management
- You will ensure that relationships with acquired customers are well managed to deliver on the retention and revenue objectives of OnePipe
- You will ensure to work with the customer success & operations teams of OnePipe to resolve speedily any customer concerns that could negatively impact the objectives of the relationship
Qualification
- You find the OnePipe vision and products interesting and sellable.
- You have prior experience coordinating sales teams for digital products or services.
- You have a basic understanding of payments specifically and financial services in general.
- You are an independent executor and can operate autonomously once objectives have been aligned.
- You are very comfortable with targets and talk mostly in numbers.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of post-study work experience
- You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
- You have great email etiquette and are comfortable around Google Docs & Spreadsheets.
