Daniel Regha, a controversial influencer, recently shared his views on Ayra Starr and Tems during a podcast hosted by Big Brother Naija celebrity Doyin.
He claimed that either an artist is “up and coming or goated.” He criticized her alongside Tems, stating that they had not produced songs capable of lasting for ten years and being remembered, unlike established singers as Tiwa Savage, Omawumi, Waje, and Nicki Minaj.
Regha also claimed that Ayra Starr’s fame was only due to her miniskirts and rehashed songs, while he called her track “Sability” the “most useless song” ever made.
However, he acknowledged that Tems is still famous for her presence at high-profile international events. Regha advised Ayra Starr to sing about a variety of topics suitable for different events if she wants to become an established artist.
