Role Description
This is a full-time Information Technology Specialist role at ELEGANT MAGDALA GLOBAL located in Ikeja, with flexibility for some remote work. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to information technology, including troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, and providing user support. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and proficiency in managing computer systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Familiarity with software and hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science)
