Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to drive lead generation and secure new business opportunities as per the company’s sales policy. Job
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reach sales objectives.
- Conduct site inspections for prospective clients professionally.
- Finalize contracts and agreements to meet business goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to identify areas for innovation and enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate business development or investment roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. INVESTMENT ADVISOR
