Logistics manager Israel DMW is celebrating a major milestone as he unveils his two newly built houses in his hometown, Edo State — and he’s giving all the credit to God, Davido, and Chioma.
The proud aide to the Afrobeats star took to Instagram to share a video of the impressive structures, revealing that owning two houses in his state had been one of his life’s biggest prayers. He disclosed that the seven-month project is now near completion and expressed heartfelt thanks to his boss and his wife for their support.
“My seven-month village project is soon to be commissioned by God’s grace. One of my prayers is to own two houses in my life, in Edo State. Thank you, God Almighty. Thanks to Oga and Madam,” he wrote.
This is the latest in a string of achievements Israel has openly credited to Davido’s influence. From first-time trips to France and the US to securing UK and Canadian visas, Israel has repeatedly expressed gratitude to his boss for opening doors he once thought were beyond his reach. In his words, Davido remains his “Lord and Saviour” — a title he once vowed to honour for life.
His ex-wife, Sheila Courage, appeared to acknowledge his latest success by liking a post from a blog about the houses, prompting mixed reactions online. While some praised her for showing maturity and support despite their split, others speculated about what could have been had they remained together.
The former couple’s marriage ended less than a year after their lavish wedding, following allegations of domestic violence and irreconcilable differences. Since then, Israel has publicly warned men to steer clear of his estranged wife, while also clashing with BBNaija’s Phyna over her friendship with Sheila.
