Overview
Lagetronix is seeking fresh graduates of IT-related courses (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.) who is energetic, resilient and passionate about IT Infrastructure and would love to grow their career in a dynamic environment that exploit leading edge technologies. As an IT Assistant at Lagetronix, you will work closely with a team of highly skilled and experienced Technical Team to ensure the successful design, development and deployment of IT infrastructures and software products.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and requests. Job
- Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person support tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems,
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer hardware, including upgrades, and replacements.
- Assist with the setup, and troubleshooting of network equipment, including routers, and wireless access points.
- Monitor IT security policies, including antivirus updates, password management, and access control measures.
- Create and maintain documentation, and training materials to facilitate user self-service.
- Resolve technical issues, procure IT equipment and services, and ensure timely delivery and support.
Qualification
- B.Sc. / HND in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Basic understanding of network administrator and network security.
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching and security
- Excellent knowledge around management, control, and monitoring of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Ability to set up, configure and integrate network hardware
- Familiarity with enterprise network management solutions.
- Proven experience in Solar PV is an added advantage.
