Job Description
- As an Information Technology Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the firm’s IT infrastructure and systems.
- This includes planning, implementing, and supporting IT initiatives and projects, ensuring the security and integrity of data, managing vendor relationships, and providing technical support and training to staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new software and IT policies.
- Create and maintain user guides and documentation for IT systems and procedures.
- Assist in evaluating and procuring new hardware and software solutions.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies. IT OFFICER
