Job Description

Transaction Processing Monitoring and escalation of critical issues

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution for internal and external customers
• Processing Centre (TWO, TWO FEP and other Transware applications) Systems Availability
• Transaction Processing Efficiency
• System Operations Support
• Respond to external and internal support within agreed SLA terms

Qualification

• OND in Computer Science, Accounting, statistic, Economics, and Mathematics.
• Minimum of Upper Credit in Polytechnic
• 0 – 2 years experience (OND Entry Level – Inexperienced)
• Any relevant experience would be an added advantage.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
