Nollywood actress and self-assured queen, Iyabo Ojo, has issued a response to Nigerian model and entrepreneur, Morey Faith, regarding their dispute on the reality show Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOA).
Following the criticisms directed at Iyabo Ojo over her clashes with Faith on the show, the actress addressed the matter. She highlighted that reality shows are edited to present a particular narrative, emphasizing that not everyone can play the roles of victims, enablers, or peacemakers.
Iyabo Ojo claimed that she had privately apologized to Faith after their public spat. However, Faith Morey disputed this, stating that no apology was ever offered.
The entrepreneur asserted that RHOA is not a scripted show, and the producers do not provide guidelines for how housemates should behave. She argued that there was no justification for Iyabo’s behaviour on the show.
In response to the ongoing dispute, Iyabo Ojo posted new photos of herself with a cryptic caption: “Mi o ra ye ejo,” which can be translated to “I don’t have time for social media spats.”
Her fans showed their unwavering support, describing her as a queen and commending her for her resilience.
