Job Description
We look forward to hiring a smart, very results-oriented, technically equipped, hands-on, dynamic, proactive personality with a vast knowledge of Civil engineering and construction and highly skilled and proven experience for a junior-level performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.
- Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
- Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.
- Administer building plans and maintenance.
- Manage the engineering of Bosmak buildings, water control, treatment, and distribution projects.
- Plan, direct and coordinate survey work with other staff activities.
- Assign tasks to site Administrators.
- Gauge the progress of various projects.
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Submit proposed budgets for various projects to Senior Site Engineer
- Create reports to give updates on projects.
- Attend trade shows and conferences.
- Train new employees.
- Any other duty as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- A Degree in engineering
- At least 3 years experience in civil engineering
- Efficient in engineering technicalities.
