Veteran Nollywood actor Kanayo O. Kanayo, popularly known as “Nnayi Sacrifice,” has journeyed to Zambia for the African Creatives Business Summit in Lusaka.
The actor shared a video on social media announcing his trip, where he was warmly received by fans eager to meet the screen legend.
He captioned the video: “Off to Lusaka, Zambia for the African Creatives Business Summit.” Upon his arrival, he was greeted by enthusiastic fans who posed for photos, showcasing his popularity even beyond Nigeria.
Reports suggest that fellow Nollywood actor Tony Umez is also expected at the summit, further heightening the excitement around the event.
The internet, however, was abuzz with humorous reactions from fans, referencing Kanayo’s famed on-screen persona as a ritualist in Nollywood films.

In addition to his trip, Kanayo recently sparked discussions about the symbolism of black and white in Catholic ceremonies. He criticized the use of black to denote failure and white to signify success, calling it a form of “blackmail” against Africans and urging people to rethink such stereotypes.
